As per the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), as the data controller, Yaşar Holding A.Ş. (the "Company") would like to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data will be processed, with whom it may be shared, and the methods and reasons for the collection of your data.
Due to your status as a job candidate, the personal data you share with our Company, including identification data, contact information, educational background, work experience, behavioral and technical competencies, language proficiency, will be processed for the purpose of evaluating your job application, and if you are not hired, considering you for any suitable position that may arise in the future, and contacting you regarding this.
Your personal data will be processed and stored in physical archives and information systems for 3 years, both digitally and physically, to be evaluated for future positions within our Group companies and to contact you.
The personal data processed during the recruitment process or to evaluate your suitability for future positions within our Group will be shared with other Yaşar Group companies.
Your personal data is collected through your applications to our Company’s website, email address, verbal or written applications, recruitment sites, and interviews, in accordance with the legal grounds set out in the Law and under the principles defined in the Law's Article 5.

Yaşar Holding will address your application requests within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with the Law's Article 13. If the process incurs costs, the Personal Data Protection Institution’s tariff will apply. If your request is rejected, the reason(s) for rejection will be provided to you in writing or electronically.
